Eat: Dinning Out at Momofuku

Thursday night is a great night for date night in the city.  What better way to spend an evening out than at the LES infamous Korean noodle bar; Momofuku.  Any first timers out there when approaching this intimate eatery, don’t be discouraged by a long wait; it’s well worth it.  When trying to decide where to eat last night, my craving for noodles led me to the best bowl of ramen in the city.  A great way to experience Momofuku is to order as many appetizers as you can stomach and share a bowl of ramen.  Each dish is creative and layered with flavor and often features seasonal foods.  A big bonus is being able to sit at the kitchen’s counter and watch the amazing plates come to life.  If you are already a fan of the noodle bar you’re mouths are probably watering as we speak.  If you’re a newbie give it a try you won’t be sorry!
