April Showers Bring May Flowers

According to the weatherman, we’re going to be getting a lot of rain this week.  I know it may be an inconvenience but a little bit more rain in April means even more beautiful flowers for May.  I don’t know if it’s because I’m a May baby or if I’m just a flower kind of girl, but this week I am inspired to post about a favorite spring essential: florals.   I know what you’re all thinking…florals for spring, how groundbreaking. So it’s not the most original idea in the world, but that doesn’t mean that we are going to stop loving them any time soon.  Floral prints aren’t a trend, they are a classic style that becomes increasingly popular during the spring/summer season.  After a long winter of snow and gloom, when the streets become covered with tulips and the trees with cherry blossoms, you can’t wait to wear florals!  This season, find out how you want to wear this print.   Do you want to stand out with a watercolor floral dress or keep it simple with a petal necklace?  If you want be bold and different, try mixing two different floral designs or pairing them with a contrasting striped pattern.  In today’s edition of Trending Tuesday, I have gathered up my current favorite floral styles that I’m excited to wear.   Hopefully this will motivate you to have a little bit more fun with your florals this season.
