Spring/Summer Essentials: Rompers & Jumpsuits

Being comfortable while looking chic is easy to do when wearing a romper or jumpsuit.  This one piece is a favorite of mine because of its effortless style and comfort.  As New York women, we know the trials of being overheated while waiting for the train or walking through the crowded streets.  Dealing with humidity, running mascara, and swollen feet can be a pain.  That’s when the romper comes in handy.  You feel like you’re wearing nothing but in reality, you’re dressed appropriately.  Another reason to love this style is that it is a real time saver.  Just wake up and throw one on and run out the door.  You will look polished and put together without even trying.  This look is very versatile.  It is the perfect not-too dressy go-to piece for transitioning easily from poolside fun to cocktail hour.   The best way to keep this look casual is with a pair of gladiator sandals.  But when making it nighttime appropriate, add statement jewelry and heels.  Oh, and let’s not forget that it’s super easy to pack for those weekend getaways to escape the hot city.  A romper or jumpsuit was made for summer and I highly recommend you give them a try.   Get started by checking out my one-piece finds below.
